Been waiting 3 weeks for a loan decision, they did a hard check in my credit file and have had full access to all my accounts and still haven't gave me any reply. I've called 5 times if not more and still no decision, I've sent my id in twice, been told that I didn't reply to a message that I can see I responded too 1 minute after it was sent, I've had to do my membership over the phone and was told I would definitely hear back by the Monday which I didn't called back again and was told I'd hear by Tuesday, it's not Friday and I've heard nothing. Now the phone lines are cutting off dead. Ive never had such difficulties applying for a loan before ever.

Clockwise has been a good help to me. I took out a child benefit loan and I was able to get a top up when I applied again. Recieved the money within the day of applying. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I think clockwise is great but they have a way of not giving people the total loan being applied for. I applied for a £3000 loan and only received £1000 despite having a stable income and no huge responsibilities or dependants. The loan process is so slow and the loans are never fully approved which makes it extremely frustrating. I intend to pay off my loan early as i am currently unsatisfied by the services. I waited almost a week to get a loan, only to find out that I was only given less than 50% of the loan. The underwriters do not care, they just do whatever they want and frustrate people.

Carol is that typical voice and condescending of a phoneline hag. Rang up to change my phone number and she will try to give lectures and not listen to you in any regard. I don't want to do business with this union with such a woman on the other end of it. I hope she finds some inner peace and treats others the way she would like go be treated, she needs god. 🙏

First time with them and my overall experience was brilliant the app was so straight forward I got response practically straight away and then having to speak to staff over the phone was great so helpful and great explanation of what I needed to know so far credit union have been great would like to say thankyou

You can get your loan and account approved and disbursed without necessarily going to the physical office, I think that's actually a good one. The customer service is great, they respond to every query timely.
